Depends on what you're going to use it for. I personally would go with the Mini 9 but keep a few things in mind: 4GB is NOT a lot of space, you're not going to be able to say, keep a music collection on there. Second, are you comfortable with not having Windows? I personally love Ubuntu (am running it as I type this) but it is going to take some adjustment if you're used to Windows. That said, the second option looks pretty outdated and I'm not sure I'd trust the "as-is" on the battery.
