Buzz Lightyear Of Star Command: The Journey Begins
Buzz Lightyear Toy of Star Command: The Adventure Begins is usually a 2000 Disney animated direct-to-video movie that acts like a pilot for the tv sequence Buzz Lightyear of Star Command. On this movie, Buzz Lightyear is often a room ranger that fights against the evil Emperor Zurg, and canonically this display inspired the existence of the Buzz Lightyear toyline that exists inside Pixar film series Toy Story. Tim Allen reprises his role as the voice of U-Command Buzz Lightyear. The film was later edited into 3 episodes in the television display, with all the "Andy's Room" sequence removed and Allen's voice replaced from the series' voice actor for Buzz, Patrick Warburton. Also, Tom Hanks doesn't reprise his function as Woody in this movie; on the other hand, his brother, Jim Hanks, voices Woody. Wallace Shawn, R. Lee Ermey, and Joe Ranft reprise their roles as Rex, Sarge, and Wheezy respectively, but John Ratzenberger won't reprise his role as Hamm; rather Andrew Stanton voices Hamm, in which Stanton and Ratzenberger's voices for Hamm sound alike.
Plot
The movie begins in Andy's bedroom exactly where Woody (voiced by Jim Hanks), Buzz (voiced by Tim Allen), Jessie along with the other toys are about to look at the VHS copy of Buzz Lightyear of Star Command.
Inside movie, Buzz Lightyear toy and his partner Warp Darkmatter (voiced by Diedrich Bader) are on the mission to locate 3 lacking L.G.M. ("Little Green Men", a noosphere-dwelling race who are the scientists of Star Command's Universe Safety Unit. They may be the identical aliens that were noticed in toy type at Pizza Planet in Toy Story, which can be presumably based around the fictional display.) They discover the lost L.G.M. in a concealed outpost belonging to Emperor Zurg (voiced by Wayne Knight), right underneath an monumental monster which has "crater vipers" for fingers. Once they enter, they come across the missing LGMs within a torture tank. A few of Zurg's minions (this sort of as Brain Pod #13 in addition to a Grub) ask if there's anything. Zurg enters, planning to pick their brains. Buzz and Warp confront him, plus a battle breaks out with Zurg's robots when Zurg escapes. Zurg starts the self-destruct sequence, leaving them with 60 seconds to escape before the hide out explodes. Warp and Buzz cheerfully pronounce sixty seconds to become "all the time inside the world", but through the battle Warp is pinned under wreckage. As Buzz tries vainly to cost-free him, Warp presses Buzz's emergency escape button, rocketing him to safety, and grins in obvious satisfaction at seeing Buzz escape no matter if he desired to or not as the hidden base explodes.
Buzz mourns Warp's brave and tragic death, and refuses to take a alternative spouse, thinking that it'll conclude just exactly the same as Warp. Commander Nebula (voiced by Adam Carolla) offers Buzz an assignment. A Star Command recruit, in fact Princess Mira Nova (voiced by Nicole Sullivan), is named his new spouse as, getting the electrical power to create herself intangible, she is practically invulnerable, but Buzz reiterates his refusal to expose any additional partners to danger, in spite of Nebula's forceful assertion that Buzz just isn't to work on your own. Buzz later rescues a shy janitor named Booster (voiced by Stephen Furst) from getting fired.
Zurg's employees are then shown developing in his fortress a whole new second-in-command called Agent Z, that is flesh and blood but includes a robotic arm which can transform into a variety of weapons. Zurg learns of a huge orb on the L.G.M. homeworld referred to as the Uni-Mind, which is responsible for that telepathic hyperlink involving the creatures. Zurg sends assault forces to capture it.
Meanwhile, the Star Command L.G.M. have created a robot soldier described as XR (voiced by Larry Miller and Neil Flynn), showing that they're able to rebuild him after practically any battle harm. XR's head is actually a blank slate; therefore he can know from Buzz Lightyear, to whom he is offered like a partner and XR mimics Buzz. The LGMs find out that their planet is invaded by Zurg in order to get the Uni-Mind. When Buzz and XR set off to defend the L.G.M. planet from invasion, XR mimics Buzz's actions, learning from him. They're confronted by Agent Z, whom they pursue to a rooftop. Agent Z shoots a bomb and XR, not however having mastered Buzz's combat savvy, is destroyed.
The Uni-Mind is stolen by Zurg; in its absence, the L.G.M. can no lengthier think clearly. They rebuild XR, but due to their confusion the new model is smart plus a genius.
Booster is shown cleansing the ground again and asks what the space rangers are as much as, but it's a secret. Buzz says that this really is "space ranger" business enterprise. Right after that, Booster walks away, sadly. Commander Nebula determined to launch a full-scale assault on Planet Z, then, XR enters in and says that Zurg will take the universe along with the LGMs take him to Booster. Mira says that just one ranger could visit cease Zurg with the Alpha-One. Nebula dismisses their program and calls them "pig-headed show offs" and decides to start a full assault at Planet Z in 0800 hours.
Zurg, when his technicians fail to accomplish so, suborns the Uni-Mind so that he can use it to regulate the minds of others. Zurg's people thereafter commence making a "Mega-Ray" that may use the corrupted Uni-Mind to bend overall populations of individuals to Zurg's will.
Mira and Buzz every attempt to steal the Alpha-One prototype spacecraft; Mira, making use of her powers of psychokinesis, wins the face-off and leaves with all the ship. Meanwhile, XR provides Booster a "VIP tour" at Buzz's craft and goes inside it. Buzz pursues her in his individual craft, not recognizing that Booster and XR are within it, having entered it to play make-believe. Ultimately, Buzz catches Mira and merchants Alpha-One in his spaceship's cargo bay. At this time Booster and XR are also discovered.
Zurg's Mega-Ray subverts quite a few planets in speedy succession like as Rizone and Batheous. He then turns it on Star Command, making the most of the irony of watching his best enemies turn out to be his mouthpieces. Buzz, not to satisfied about this, is about to fire Booster, however the red alert rings. Buzz, Mira, Booster, and XR see the Mega-Ray's beam strike Star Command, and enter it to uncover its effects. This scene sequence attributes a reprise of Buzz's famed line from Toy Story "Buzz Lightyear to Star Command: Arrive in, Star Command!", which he uses to get hold of their communications receiving middle.
When they uncover that all of the Space Rangers have been suborned by Zurg, they flee in Buzz's Star Cruiser. Zurg sends his victims to destroy them, using Star Command's overall arsenal. When among his males plant a bomb to the Star Cruiser, they use Alpha-One to escape, just as Buzz's craft explodes and Zurg leaves laughing.
They land on Zurg's dwelling planet, narrowly escaping the defensive "seeker drones". They crash-land the Alpha-One, which is mistaken by Brain Pod #13 for any weather balloon. There, Buzz insists on finishing the mission, on your own. When they begin to argue in excess of who gets a nose-ring, Buzz orders them to depart him. Buzz fights Agent Z and arrests him, only to reveal he is Warp Darkmatter. Taking advantage of Buzz's momentary confusion at this, Warp renders him unconscious and delivers him to Zurg.
Warp tells Buzz that he was doing work for Zurg for years as a Double Agent. When Zurg mocks Buzz by playing the dramatic video clip of Buzz's funeral oration for Warp, Buzz responds by dictating his "final log entry". Zurg and Warp watch in amusement at Buzz's apparently futile adherence to official method, but Mira, Booster and XR listen to Buzz's surrender and his last entry (which includes a coded plea for aid) and return to Planet Z to assist him.
Zurg shouldn't be going to destroy Buzz, but use the mind-control ray to turn Buzz right into a duplicate of himself. XR and Booster arrive just in time to rescue him since the Mega-Ray fires. Booster and Mira destroy Agent Z's mechanical arm following Booster lands on Warp. Buzz and Zurg face each other; Zurg thinks he has won, but Buzz and his 3 associates surround Zurg and pronounce him under arrest; but Warp escapes as a result of a distraction when the brain pods shoot the Mega-Ray at "the Planet of Widows and Orphans".
Zurg manages to escape and says that if Buzz goes to any planet, he can hear his voice mocking Buzz. Booster and XR, below orders from Buzz, capture Warp Darkmatter and leap from Zurg's now-exploding tower. Mira employs her "ghosting" strength to get Buzz on the core with the Uni-Mind, where by his aura of pure selfless excellent overcomes Zurg's contaminating affect. In moments the Uni-Mind is restored to typical, freeing the suborned peoples and leaving Zurg himself momentarily helpless. His last words earlier than his room ship explodes are "Curse you, Buzz Lightyear!". The unity on the L.G.M. is restored and Warp is arrested very much to his chagrin.
The movie ends when Buzz, having at final admitted that he won't be able to get the job done on your own, produces a brand new group described as "Team Lightyear" with XR, Mira and Booster (all recently decorated with Star Command's highest commendation). They fly towards the galaxy and shout "TO INFINITY AND Past!" ideal ahead of the display cuts to black and also the credits start. Buy U-Command Buzz Lightyear Toy From Amazon.com

Us Weekly: Angelina Jolie starves herself, feels “guilty” when she eats (Celebitchy)
Angelina Week is going full-force! And now we even have some tabloid reports
to go along with all of our new photos and interviews. Us Weekly has a bizarre
(or on-target?) report about Angelina’s thinness, which… I’m kind of tired of
people discussing Jolie’s thinness. She doesn’t really look any heavier or
thinner since last [...]
